HRMS portal for a leading Consumer Gaming company

Key challenges

The primary purpose of the application was to help overcome the following impacts of the attention economy:

• Auditing Entire Backend required models with history, who has performed the action, IP address of activity performed, and get a list of all those changes in timeline functionality.
• Migration of old legacy data.
• Google & Outlook IMAP functionality to track emails sent from HRMS & received emails to HRMS and provide them with a timeline.
• Merge above both in canonical order and provide to frontend.
• Add Horizontal Timeline Slider With Interview Rounds, flexible read mode, and edit mode based on the requirement.
• Generate Calendar Invite Links or Events Creation Automatically on Google or Outlook.

Solution Implementation

Having good experience in building HRMS and recruitment management systems, The team of OpenTeQ embarked on Journey speaking to the various stakeholders on the client-side and understanding their pain areas while using the software they were currently using. It was decided we will build a system on Laravel framework and React JS looking at the experience of the team that VC had around that in building complex HRMS systems and reusability of React JS and redux so that in future reusability of components for building a mobile app on react native.

Results

Partnering with OpenTeQ, helped the founders of the project offer an unparalleled experience to their audience that combines the safety of the user documents and rolling out quickly with minimum training, considering the portal was very user-friendly.
