Because Education Should Not Have a Condition

Menstrual Hygiene Access

OpenTeQ provides sanitary hygiene kits to girls in partner schools and community programs across underserved communities. Every kit is assembled with care and distributed with the discretion and dignity that every young woman deserves.

Alongside physical provision, the program runs hygiene education sessions that help girls and their families understand menstrual health clearly, practically, and without shame. Because access without awareness is incomplete.

  • Regular distribution of sanitary hygiene kits to girls across partner schools and communities.

  • Hygiene awareness and menstrual health education sessions for students, teachers, and parents.

  • Provision of clean, private sanitation facilities in partner schools where infrastructure gaps exist.

  • Training for female teachers and community health workers to sustain the program beyond OpenTeQ's direct involvement.

Our Belief

The Belief Behind the Initiative

Every year, millions of girls in India miss school days and, in far too many cases, leave school permanently—not because they lack ability, not because they lack ambition, but because they lack access to something as fundamental as menstrual hygiene products and the safe, private facilities to use them.

This is not an invisible problem. It is a solvable one. And at OpenTeQ, we have chosen to be part of the solution.

Education is the most powerful investment a society can make in its own future. When a girl stays in school, that investment multiplies for generations.

Project Saksham

Empowering GirlsWhat We Do

Project Saksham in Hindi means capable, empowered, and self-sufficient. At OpenTeQ, it is our commitment to ensure that no girl in our community misses a day of school—or loses her future—because of something her family cannot afford and her school cannot provide.

The program operates across two interconnected pillars because dignity and education are not separate problems. They are the same problem, and they deserve one coherent answer.

By combining menstrual hygiene support with educational continuity, Project Saksham empowers girls to remain in school, pursue their ambitions, and build a future filled with opportunity, confidence, and dignity.

Project Saksham grows when more people choose to be part of it. If you are an organization, a school, an NGO, or an individual who shares our conviction that every girl deserves to stay in school, we would welcome the opportunity to work together.

Together, we can ensure that every girl has the dignity, confidence, and opportunity to remain in school and build the future she deserves.
